All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or Highlands Elite Real Estate. Listings are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice, and prices, availability, and details may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell real estate. You should independently verify all listing information before relying on it.
5. Text messaging program
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Highlands Elite Real Estate and/or your agent related to your real estate interests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Email communications
By contacting us or opting in, you may receive transactional and — where permitted — marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email or our unsubscribe page.
7. Intellectual property
Except for MLS/IDX listing content (which is owned by the MLS and listing brokers), the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the mark Real Estate A Different Way® — are owned by or licensed to Highlands Elite Real Estate and are protected by intellectual property laws. 8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our preferred mortgage partner and mortgage calculators. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices.
