He pursued his higher education at the prestigious University of South FL, where he had the fortune of meeting his beloved wife, Vicki. Following his studies, Wayne dedicated almost eight years of his life to serving the United States Army as an Artillery Officer. With a deep sense of family values, Wayne is the proud father of four children and a doting grandfather to one grandchild. In 2015, Wayne and his family made the decision to relocate to TN, where they have since been wholeheartedly committed to serving the Upper Cumberland and Middle TN regions with their expertise in Commercial Real Estate. In addition to his endeavors in TN, Wayne also owns a thriving Brokerage in FL, which he continues to operate with great success. It is worth mentioning that Wayne has established himself as one of the leading Commercial Brokers in our area, bringing numerous businesses to the flourishing Upper Cumberland Area.
