About Susan
My father worked for the Department of Defense, we moved a lot! My parents eventually came back to my mother’s roots and retired in Putnam County. As they grew older, my husband Todd and I made many trips to this area and fell in love with the southern charm and sunshine. We moved here in 2012 and are happy to call Algood our home. I completed my Business Degree in Albuquerque, New Mexico when I was 35. A few years later I followed my husband to the Olympic Peninsula, west of Seattle where I managed a small real estate company for 8 years. The owner was a well-respected, extraordinary man with an office of very elite agents. I learned from the best. It was a wonderful experience! I had high expectations when choosing a job in Cookeville. In 2015 Chad and Amy invited me to join The Crouch Team. I have been very happy with my choice! I love my job! Being a Licensed Assistant gives me the best of two jobs. I get to work with my team to continuously improve and automate, plus, I get to work directly with clients showing them properties and negotiating offers. There are opportunities every single day to help someone, it’s wonderful! I am proud to be a member of The Crouch Team!
