About Libby
We came to Cookeville from Louisville, Kentucky in 1981 when my parents purchased the local Ford dealership. My dad sold cars and my mom started selling real estate so everything was always “For Sale”. When we first moved here, I wanted to move back to Kentucky so bad but here I am 41 years later and you couldn’t force me to leave this area. I graduated Cookeville High in 1986 and TTU in 1991. My husband Scott and I have a daughter that teaches pre- elementary special education, our son-in-law works for the City of Cookeville and we have two grandchildren Blaine & Reese. After many years in banking, construction and auto business, I decided to switch careers and went into real estate in 2007. I obtained by Broker’s license in 2021. I’m very active with the local board serving on Board of Directors and a continuing education instructor. I’m also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, TN Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I volunteer with Food to the Rescue, American Cancer Society, Putnam Habitat for Humanity and Alzheimer Association. In our spare time we support our kids and grandchildren rodeoing and road trips on a Harley. If you catch me at home, I enjoy cooking and being on our farm.
