Over nearly three decades as an appraiser, spanning 29 years, a profound expertise in assessing property value underpins this career. This extensive experience not only involves analyzing market trends and financial assessments but also embodies a commitment to accuracy and ethical standards vital in safeguarding clients' investments within the diverse landscape of Tennessee's real estate. Transitioning into a realtor role two years ago expanded this dedication further into direct client engagement, assisting individuals and families in navigating the intricate dynamics of buying and selling properties. This dual proficiency, enriched by long-term appraisal practice coupled with recent realty endeavors, delivers comprehensive insights into the Tennessee housing market, enabling informed decisions that prioritize both immediate needs and future valuations for clients in Cookeville and beyond. I am a member of Cookeville Breakfast Rotary and am the current Chair of the Diversity Committee for the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors. I have served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity and still provide my expertise on the site committee. Serving those in my community is my passion. I love finding all of our unique locally owned shops, restaurants and coffee shops. It keeps me connected to the community.
