Hello, my name is Kim Looper Milligan. I was raised in the Upper Cumberland area where my parents successfully ran a business and imparted valuable lessons to me. In 1991, I married my husband Tim and we relocated around Middle Tennessee before settling back in the Upper Cumberland to raise our two children, Tiffani and Tyler.
