About Jessica
She is a Southern girl, born and raised. At four years old, her family moved from Biloxi to the Upper Cumberland, where she grew up exploring backroads, chasing waterfalls, and falling in love with the community. She has been a nurse since 2010, and caring for people has always been at the heart of who she is. She also possessed a longtime passion for real estate, a credit she fully gives to HGTV. With the encouragement of her husband, Shawn, and the support of incredible friends, she turned that passion into reality. When she is not working at the hospital, she can usually be found at the gym helping others on their health and fitness journey, out on the golf course, or cheering on her two teenagers at their sporting events and activities. While they are mostly "too cool" for her these days, she wouldn't have it any other way. Whether it's through nursing or real estate, her goal remains the same: to serve others with honesty, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel at home.
