About Chad
While attending TTU, I played basketball for the Golden Eagles. I graduated from the University with a Business degree in 1997. I jumped straight into real estate right after graduation by purchasing my first piece of property. I know then that this was the avenue I wanted to take my career. In the year 2000, I married my wife, Amy. We immediately decided to start a husband & wife real estate team. I will admit I was a little hesitant at first but was I ever proven wrong & we enjoy working together. In 2003, our 1st daughter, Brooklyn was born. Then, 2009 twins, Callie and Cassie, came along. Our lives have changed drastically over the years but so much for the better. My hobbies include playing golf & just spending time with my girls. We spend countless hours playing basketball! I am an active member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors, The Tennessee Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and educational requirements. I attend more than the yearly required educational courses. I strive to go beyond so that I am well prepared and can assist my clients at a higher level. I obtained my GRI, Graduate of Realtors Institute in 2005. I have achieved the LIfetime of Excellence Status, meaning that I received the Award of Excellence 5 years in a row & have maintained it since my first year in real estate. I became a member of the Million Dollar Club in my first year, exceeding my goal. I enjoy working in Real Estate and like meeting new people. I realize the responsibility, stress, and excitement of buying or selling a home. I like helping people make important decisions. Amy and I have been working together as a husband and wife team since 2000. We attribute our success to recognizing and respecting each other's strengths, our dedication to the Golden Rule & just simply being HONEST. We have grown our team over the years making sure each addition is a good fit & has the same ethical values that we hold dear.
