Hello, my name is Richard ‘Dick’ Tracey. I obtained my real estate license in January of 2002 after a successful 35-year career with Delta Airlines. I have been happily married to my wife, Joann, for over 45 years, and together we have 4 children, 4 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy sports and watching games on TV. After retiring, I saw real estate as a great opportunity and decided to pursue it. I hold a broker's license, as well as designations such as GRI, ABR, E-PRO, and others. I have found that I particularly enjoy working with sellers and have focused more on that market in recent years. However, I still work with buyers and provide exceptional service to all my clients.
