Hello there! My name is Kristen Beaty. I was born and raised right here in Cookeville, and I absolutely love my community. Growing up, my grandfather had a passion for real estate and always encouraged me to be involved in the industry once I was of age. After graduating from Tennessee Tech University and obtaining my degree in Housing and Design, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to complete my post-grad internship in the local real estate industry. I quickly began working full-time in an administrative position, where I worked for two years before obtaining my real estate license. The rest is history!
