Building has been impeccably maintained and offers the flexibility to remain as a church or be broken up into three separate suites based on the original design and use. The zoning is Commercial Highway and this space would be a great location for offices, retail, or the continued use as a church. -There is a firewall between the three suites. -Google Fiber is available and already run to the building. -Flooring and paint throughout are a year old. -Most recent AC unit is just under 3 years old. All three are working great serviced regularly and have app-controlled wifi thermostats. -One of the backflow valves was replaced a couple months ago. -Parking lot sealed 2 years ago. -Drainage system installed to carry back yard water outside the fence. -New fence installed last summer. -Sheds and playground equipment are included. -Custom light switch system in sanctuary allows for individually controlling different sections of the ceiling fixtures. -Custom magnetic lock system allows for two different entrances to the restroom by the pre-k bathroom.
